PUBLIC NOTICE
In compliance with Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Harrah Public Schools is notifying parents that they may obtain all Special Education Confidential Records of students who graduated in the year 2004-2005. These confidential records will be destroyed, as prescribed by law, after August 15, 2010 if no one claims them. If the parent or student wishes to obtain these records, they may pick them up at the Special Services office, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. until June 15, 2010 or August 1 through August 15, 2010. If there are any questions, please call Paula Dunlap, Director of Special Services at 454-6244.
